Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to suspension without refund.

Outreach

1. Every first contact and every offer is approved by a person in your organization before it is sent.
2. Stop means stop: "no", "stop", "not interested", "remove me" or an unsubscribe ends contact with that owner for your whole organization. Do not re contact through other channels or other entities.
3. Persistence is allowed only when an owner has not answered. Follow ups must add something new and follow the cadence limits in your settings.
4. Calls by an automated or AI voice only to people who gave prior express written consent recorded in the Service, within 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the recipient's time zone [Counsel: Florida FTSA hours and frequency limits], after Do Not Call scrubbing, with the AI and recording disclosure.
5. No texts by machine without prior express written consent.
6. Owners subject to a pending foreclosure: use only attorney approved templates and follow s. 501.1377 (written contract, notices, rescission rights). Never promise to stop a foreclosure.
7. Be truthful: who you are, that you are an investor, why you are writing. No fake urgency, no impersonating a lender, court, government office or the owner's representative. AI assistants say they are AI when asked.
8. Email must include a working unsubscribe, a physical address and an honest subject line.

People and fairness

1. No targeting, exclusion, steering or wording based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, age or any other protected characteristic.
2. Do not infer language, ethnicity or any other characteristic from a person's name.
3. No harassment, threats or contact at a person's workplace about their home without their permission.
4. Do not use the Service to locate or monitor a person for reasons unrelated to a real estate transaction.

Data

1. Exports only within your plan's limits, for your own deals. No resale, sharing outside your organization, bulk downloads, scraping or automated access except through our API.
2. Do not use content from the Service for credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening or any other FCRA purpose.
3. Respect third party data terms shown in the Service, including listing data and maps.

Accounts

1. One person per seat; do not share logins.
2. Org owners keep two factor sign in on and remove users who leave.
